I am roller wrapping my hair....i have set it with rollers and have been under the dryer for about an 1. There are some areas that are a little damp. My plan is to wrap it and sit back under the dryer.... do i need to wait until the curls are completely dry?

Yes. The curls come out very prettier when dry first. Also it will prevent damage to hair if you dont leave it a bit damp. Its best to have it dry first :). Good Luck!
Yes,if you wrap your hair it would come out way flatter.If you leave your curls they wont fall.
