you could try getting a relaxer, alot of people use it on african american hair, but I'm white, and I've used it before.
After I used it, I was able to let my hair air dry, and it was straight as a pin!

I don't have any experience with this cuz my hair is extremely straight, but my friend's hair sounds like yours and she uses a chemical straightner or something to make it straight
